Santara Partnerships were brought on board to support the Strength in Depth leadership team in managing the end-to-end commercial partner program. Santara Partnership’s role was to identify, negotiate and secure brand partners across the event series including their sanctioned CrossFit Semi Final event. The Santara Partnerships team created a structured approach to target and secure a portfolio of leading brands, while also helping to maximise the commercial rights available.
Santara delivered the target revenue figure agreed via a host of exciting partnerships with leading brands such as NOBULL, NOCCO, foodspring, WHOOP, GOWOD, HSTL.Made, WIT Fitness and many others. Santara managed the process from outreach to contracting before handing over to the Strength in Depth event management team who delivered the agreed rights.
